Cabrini Clinic provides a holistic approach toward meeting the primary health care needs of economically disadvantaged residents of Southwest Detroit and beyond. We serve those who fall through the medical-social safety net and help them connect with basic resources. We offer education, prevention, and treatment without charge, but with deep compassion and respect for the people we serve and their needs.
Services:
· Fasting blood draws are administered every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to noon.
· HIV and STD testing are done each Wednesday BY APPOINTMENT – call 313.961.7863, x2 to Schedule
· Mental health clinic every Wednesday at 3 p.m. – register at 2 p.m.
·
· Other services provided:
· Podiatry clinic on the 3rd Monday of every month at 9 a.m. (by appointment only; call to schedule).
· Dermatology on the 2nd Tuesday of every month during medical clinic hours (no appointment necessary or call to schedule).
· Health Education (healthy living, eating) every Clinic Session (no appointment necessary or call to schedule).
· We provide referrals for Dental, Vision, Imaging, Mammograms, Specialty care, smoking cessation.
· We also do referrals to the Most Holy Trinity clothing closet and food pantry.
· We have a special Vision program for Diabetic Patients.
· Certified Market Place-Certified Application Counselor on staff
Certified MIBridges site-Certified Application Assistant on staff
· We do not provide: Dental care, pediatrics, obstetrics or gynecology.
